Video not found errors

Watching videos on free websites that worked a few days ago all of a sudden stopped working and all I get is a video not found error , please help ..I have made sure the software is up ,to date both safari and flash and cleared the browsers cashe from developer panel 1000

times what do I do...every now and than the videos will work so I know the media is there
