I own a Mid 2010 Macbook and I have the Beta of Yosemite currently running on it. I am selling the computer and I have already started the process of erasing the hard drive and attempting to reinstall OS X. I had Mavericks running on it before I downloaded the Yosemite Beta and I would like to sell it with Mavericks installed. Is there any way I can download and reinstall OS X Mavericks on it?

You need to install the original version that shipped with the machine in 2010. Anything else is tied to your Apple ID and can't be used by the new owner.
Follow this guide. You can install OS X (any), but don't complete the setup - so the new user will have to put in their own AppleID.
Since you downloaded (ie "purchased") Mavericks before, it will be available on the App store.
