lines on screen after 8.4 update

I updated my 5s to ios 8.4. The next morning I woke up to a phone having lines on the screen. I cannot see anything but hear clicks when touch it. Trying doing hard reboot. When it turns back on, lines again. Anything I can do? I wish I never did this update.
