Where are the options to play music on the new iTunes for iPhone?

I just downloaded the new iTunes on all of my apple devices. For the iPad, macbook, and iMac it is working great. However, on my iPhone it is very difficult to use. There used to be an option to scroll up and hit shuffle to play music from the genre screen and from the entire music library. I need to be able to set my phone to play music and not make any adjustments to it while I work in a sterile environment. Since I have not figured it out how to do this I have been listening to Pandora while I work and it's very disappointing. The option is still there for the playlists but I don't want to make playlists for categories that already exist. Is there an easier way?

I'm running the 10.10.4 OS on my macbook but that wasn't an option below, and iOS 8.4 on my iPhone.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
