Hi there.
I just bought used iphone from pawnbrokers and after couple of days spotted that it has previous owners Icloud entered in. I have got box to prove that its defo MY Iphone. what can i do to reset the icloud and enter my own details???

The box will not help you. You have to get a refund.
The only help is to contact the previous iPhone owner and that s/he help you disable iCloud & Find My iPhone with her/his Apple ID & password.
Nobody can and Apple will not help.
Nothing, until the original owner removes himself from the phone. That's the downside of buying stolen iPhones.
