SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! My iPhone 6 screen is just telling me to connect to itunes and every time i do it doesnt do anything and it wont let me restore it or update it at all. i have tried everything and my phone hasnt worked in two days!

Can someone please help me? I have tried everything.
