iTunes used to work fine. I have an iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.2 on Win 7. Upgraded to iTunes 12.2 and now my Apps don't appear in the iTunes window and won't sync, even though they used to. What to do?

I got this problem too. anyone can help us? I use windows8 & itune 12.2. now I tried to reinstall 12,2 many times but it's not work. myiphone can't sync
I found these answers in response to similar problems. I've been so frustrated that I posted another problem and somebody said that they'll try to answer. There must be a solution out there somewhere.
