iOS 8.4 update issue with annoying msg reappearing

Since updating to 8.4 on my iPad every time I open an app I get a msg 'connect to iTunes to get push notifications for (whatever the app is), and an ok box. I don't want to change my notifications, how do I stop this annoying box from appearing?
