Since "upgrading" it iOS 8.4 I can only use my iPhone 6plus with wifi. Cellular Data not working. I've tried network resetting several times, no luck. I'm in Germany and using a Vodaphone SIM card if that helps.I turned the EU feature off because from what I've read Europe is not ready for it (but did try with it on and no luck).
