same email on number of apple id's

Hi,

I opened by mistake an apple id for the UK store... i used the email i had but i need to open another account in a different store but only have this email.. what to do? I read i can not delete id's... can i disassociate the email with this one though?

Also can i change the store in the apple Id i used for the UK one? That could help..
