Q: I cannot send emails fromMac Pro due to (Offline)
Bought a new MacBook Pro more than two months ago, but cannot send emails because the Outgoing Server address shows (Offline). This is not shown at Ipower.com, which is my serving company. Everything works from their end.
My Mac is OS X version 10.8.5.

I First went to Apple Support. They referred me to my dealer in Santiago, DR. It was my Dealer who sent me to Apple Support. Viscous circle. My next try is open Apple Chat. My iPower.com Chat said many Apple clients have the exact same problem.
