Not receiving SMS messages after iOS 8.4 upgrade

I noticed yesterday, after upgrading my iPad to iOS 8.4, and my iMac to 10.10.4, I am no longer receiving SMS messages, or, specifically, messages from anyone that does NOT have an iOS device, to either me iPad or my iMac. I am, however, still receiving them on my iPhone.
