Dead Pixel Question

Dear Sirs,

My question is, i bought a macbook pro 13 inch second hand whichs still has guarantee, it has 3 dead pixels on the screen.

In this case, what is the policy of APPLE support to me? Would you fix the screen if i bring it to one of the apple stores in Istanbul?
