Unfortunately, if you don't have a back up of the pictures before they were permanently erased from your phone, then they're gone for good.

Maybe check your iCloud storage and see if they were possibly backed up there, otherwise there really isn't any way to recover them.

If your photos aren't there though, then there isn't anything else you can do. The "Recently Deleted" album works like the recycling bin for your computer, only it gives you 30 days to possibly recover them. Once the time runs out or if you decide to permanently delete any photos/videos from that album yourself, then they're completely erased from your phone and can only be recovered from a back-up, if one was made before they were erased.

If your photos are still in the Recently Deleted album, simply open up the photo and tap "Recover" in the bottom-right corner.

Well then as I said before, unless they were stored in iCloud or you made a back-up before you deleted them, they're gone for good.
