How can I stop the download of 2 rented iTunes movies?
they have been attempting to download for over 14 hours
i have plenty of storage. Just want to stop.
iPad, iOS 8.4, downloading movies
Launch the iTunes app on your iPad. Tap on Downloads which you should see in the bottom right corner of the app. This tab will only be visible if there are downloads in progress. After you tap that button, you will be able to pause the download in the next screen.
If you don't see the downloads tab, that means that there are no downloads pending or in progress.
Thank you!! Yes , I have tried that multiple times, along with signing out of iTunes and turning off iPad.
THe download tab continues to appear when iTunes launches, the iTunes movie starts downloading again, the pause and cancel...etc tabs do not work.
"hard stop" etc unsuccessful.

need to stop download of rented movies. will not finish. have transatlantic flight to catch
