My password will not work on my ipad. I do not have a recent back up in itunes and do not want to lose all my data. I have the ipad, the original PC I synced from, my Apple id and password and my 4 pin icloud number. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

If you mean the passcode to unlock the iPad then follow the instructions on this page : Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support - you are likely to have to reset the iPad back to factory defaults (possibly via recovery mode), and won't be able to copy any content off or take a new backup.
