How to I undo - Make Music Available Offline?

I would like to only see the music I have local on my Iphone 6. I clicked on Make Music Available Offline ONLY because I couldn't get past the prompt. How can I turn this off? I'm not interested in any music service and I like controlling my music via iTunes on my phone. Any suggestions?
