Are your debit/Credit card up to date .
Go to itunes main page bottom of page click on Apple ID
Check payment details.
Try to download a free app see if that works.

I didn't say that its exact answer.
I just said I heard from someones that after try sometimes it worked for them.
Thank you both...current update. Apple is looking into it. Seems Brain you are right, you do it too many times and Apple does block the iphone. I think that is what has happened. I will find out within 24 hours.
