Can anyone tell me if my Macbook Pro is Upgradeable to an ssd and if this one will work. If you can link me a video too, that would be great.

2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB
Currently have a 500GB SATA Disk.
Running 10.10
MacBook Pro (17-inch Mid 2009), OS X Yosemite (10.10)
You might consider checking out OWC's offerings too. They've been supporting Macs for years and their after-sale support is excellent. For example, here is a video they offer showing the installation process.
The Samsung SSDs will work but you will not get the maximum performance from them since your MBP has SATA2 connectivity.

The issue may have been addressed in 10.10.4. Update Yosemite if you have not already.

Since the SSD's you've linked to are only 120GB, how much space is currently occupied on your HD? All drives work better when there's a fair amount of free space available, but it's even more important with SSD's and that would be a significant step down in capacity.
And the issue that OGELTHORPE mentioned has indeed been fixed in 10.10.4. 🙂
