Apple ID-problems

Hi!

My daughter has an iPod Mini. Some days ago she was, repeatedly, asked to sign in with her Apple ID. We tried to log out and log in again, but then it says that her password was wrong!!

We made a new one (twice) but it didn't work. After some days I tried again but now we can't get the birth date right..(?) Unfortunately the mail doesn't work either.

I clicked on "find my Apple ID" but no Apple ID is to be found!!

Where is my daughters Apple ID????

How did it disappear??

How to do now?

(I didn't found any Apple-ID-community???)

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 8.1.3
