Hi guys,
I updated my Iphone with the new update for music.
Since then i've got a memory and sync problem. My music is available only when WIFI is on. And I can't sync my music because of memory (64Go), the "other" room of memory is now 30Go, i suppose my music is in that part but I can't get ride of it even when I unselect apple music and cloud music...
If anyone can help...

Yeah, I've tried, so I called the support and apparently, people also called for that problem, so they'll work on it apparently... The lady told me that there is no solution right now to solve it...
Seems that in some cases the music on the phone can't be identified correctly as music, which will put those files directly into the "Other" section.
In case you updated the software using the Wi-Fi feature on the phone, try to restore the phone to factory settings again, this time using iTunes on the computer, maybe downloading the complete package will help.
