Is there any way possible to access my purchase history directly from my iPad?
I do not have a Mac or PC.
Im trying to clear or see my history in Order to be able to select 'NONE' as a payment option.

You can only view your account's full purchase history on a computer's iTunes, an on iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases (and optionally contact iTunes Support if you have a problem with a purchase) via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
