Ipad has a virus? need help

So every time I search something on the ipad it will redirect to random things like cam site ad or prnpitch app which is very annoying. I have already tried clearing all data and even restoring the ipad brand new without using an old backup. Even restoring it the virus persist which is really crazy to me. Can someone help me find a solution to this.
