Sending photo attachments using Iphone

Recently when I attach a .jpg to an email via my iPhone, I cannot go back into my SENT file and open the .jpg attachment which was sent. Tappling to download the .jpg just causes it to blink and remain closed.

This issue just began recently...anyone else experiencing it and maybe a solution?
