Elbow - playlist nightmare!

Hi,

I've just created a playlist of about 300 tracks (from my music and Apple music). However, for some reason, 'On a day like this' by Elbow, is now duplicated 952485 times (lasting a total of 4343.3 days!). I did attempt to remove some of them (but it kept crashing iTunes). When I reopened iTunes, the number of duplicates had increased! I'm trying to avoid deleting the whole playlist - so help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
