Iphone 6s camera blank

I have purchased iphone 6s in Singapore and it's camera is not working. It shows the blank screen. i tried several ways of restarting, rebooting, upgrading and resetting options but camera doesnt work. Even during face time camera shows a blank screen.

I am in India right now, and no plans to visit Singapore soon. What is the best way to get the service or support on my iphone 6s in India?
