Locked out without support in Chile, who do I call?
My phone is disabled, because of a password issue. I have free support, but in Chile I have a prepaid phone service which demands my serial number in order to chat -- great service --, so I am left to hang dry. I have a pc, do I was unsuccessful at downloading ITunes. I tried erasing the phone via ICloud, but it will not erase the phone until I connect to the internet. I can't connect to internet, because my phone is disabled. I am frustrated to the point of tears.
