The visual voicemail on my iPhone 5 will not stay set up. I reset my password and it worked for an hour. Then when I went back to it, it had the set up now button again. But this time my password is incorrect.

My visual voicemail won't stay set up. I have reset my password and it works for like an hour and then tells me I need to set it up again. Then it tells me the password I just created is incorrect.
