playlist issues

hi this new itunes app is driving me crazy nothing works correctly cant get all over my music over to my phone what a nightmare...i c

But heres a question....
when i create a playlist in itunes

I go over to the playlist button on the upper right hand side and click it

to sort my songs in alphabetical order by artist before Attempting to feed it to my phone

Then... IF....... i can get it over to my phone and it appears in the playlist
some songs are in alphabetical order according to artist

and some songs are randomly out of order all over the place...
does anyone know how to fix this..
