iTunes 12.2 crashes on exit

Updated to iTunes 12.2.1 and it's still crashing:

OK, so it looks like I was able to resolve this issue. I deauthorized my computer, closed iTunes (it then crashed), I deleted the "C:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\iTunes\SC Info" folder, rebooted, started iTunes and reauthorized. iTunes no longer appears to crash on exit, so I'm crossing my fingers here.
