trying to post a question but "you are not allowed to create or update this content

I Recently bought an iPhone 5 from a used phone dealer, it care with no warranty from Apple, considering it's an iPhone 5, which Apple don't sell anymore and it's used without a warranty, would the Apple Store check it? The problem with it is the speaker don't work on call, the caller can hear me but I can't hear the caller unless I have loudspeaker on or earphones. can anyone please help me?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.4, 32GB, white

Apple will look at the phone and give you your options. Make an appointment before taking it in unless you fancy waiting for hours.

what if I wanna get it repaired or replaced, would it cost money if I have no warrentry?

If the problem is not covered under warranty, you would need to pay money to repair or replace your device.

well, I'm not sure if I have a warrenty, what if the Phone was bought with warrenty with the previous owner and I don't have a receipt, would it be covered?

Apple will be able to give you all that information. The warranty is based on the original purchase date. Apple will go by the serial number.
