make the downgrade work for 8.4 to 7.2 on iphones?

none of the downgrades will work they all give error 3194 even after i do all the sudgested workarounds. is the downgrade downloads just to stop us complaining? or is there a way to make them work?

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.4

They’re not supposed to and cannot be gotten to work; you’re getting that error message because Apple has stopped signing them. The workarounds are for people who are trying to install the current iOS version for a given device.
