My company iPhone won't accept passcode for upgrade

Suddenly my passcode isn't working for the latest iPhone6 upgrade. It's the same as my Apple Watch which does work.

Of note, my company does control the length of passcode to a min of 6. Also, I can't backup to Cloud or Sync with iTunes.

So how do I fix?
