Q: I can't access my itunes gift sent through email or my monthly allowance

I created two AppleIds ( A and B) and used one AppleId (A) to send a itunes gift and also  to set up a monthly allowance for the second AppleId (B) .

 

The email ID associated with AppleId (B) received an email for redeeming the itune gift.

On clicking "Redeem" button in the email, I keep getting directed to the itunes download page ! I already have itunes on my laptop.!


Secondly, I can't see the monthly allowance in the "Account Information " page of  AppleID (B). It clearly shows a "0"in monthly allowance.

 

I can't see  the purchase information of the monthly allowance in the "account Information" page of AppleId (A).

The itunes gift purchase information is visible in the "Account Information" page  of AppleId (A).

 

Both the AppleIDs are registered / have been created in the "India" version (edition ) of itunes.

 

The payment for the monthly allowance was made once from the UAE (Dubai)  and then again from Bangalore, India using the same VISA card..

I saw a RED LETTERED sentence at the top of the page after I clicked "Buy" for monthly allowance  (......?? support etc.).

As stated earlier,I received an email to redeem the itunes gift at the emailID associated with that AppleID.
