Separating Songs from Live Recording

i just did a show with our band and the engineer recorded the whole show and sent it to me in Logic with the associated files.

IVe mapped out out the song breaks with markers and done a rough general mix for the whole show.

WHat hat is the best way to now separate the individual songs for final mixing and mastering?
