name associated with email for family sharing is incorrect

How do you change an incorrect name associated with an email address? Under family sharing I am the organizer and my husband is the parent/guardian. However, the name associated with my husband's email address is mine. My name appears on family sharing as organizer and parent though the emails are different. My name is also on his iPhone 6 in place of his own. We cannot figure out how to change it--- any suggestions?
