"My Photo Stream" folder disappeared from iPhone 5s

My "My Photo Stream" folder disappeared from my iPhone 5s. I have the "iCloud Photo Library" turned on in Settings as well as "Upload to My Photo Stream." I have tried turning these both off, turning off and restarting my iPhone, and the album still doesn't show up. The "My Photo Stream" album is still on my iPad, and photos taken on my iPhone show up in the album on my iPad. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
