Useing my sister iPhone trying to find my lost iPhone. How do I put my number in
so her phone will find where my phone is instead of continually giving me
the location of her phone which we are using?
To locate your phone using your sister's phone, you would have to use the Find My iPhone app. From there, you could sign in with your iCloud ID and password and locate your device.

I dont remember what I used nor the password its
all saved in my phone all I have now is my number.
Is there anything else I can do?
You cannot do it without the iCloud ID. The telephone number, serial number or any other information will not help you at all. The iCloud ID is an Apple ID. Did you create a separate on from your regular Apple ID? If you remember your Apple ID, that should be it.
