Jul 6, 2015 6:40 AM in response to derbzby Gadgets20,★HelpfulI have exactly the same problem on both my iPad air 2 and iphone 6.
The both stop part way through a song or a song shows that it has downloaded fully but hasn't.
Spotify is far quicker but I am sure they had teething troubles in the beginning.
I have to say even with the problems, Apple music is superb and I hope they sort the teething problems out soon.
It's just great having all your music in one place but speed is not an option these days, it's a must.

Jul 10, 2015 5:29 AM in response to derbzby kadewe,Same with me, and some songs don't load at all, just tried to listen to Petestrumentals 2 and iTunes hang on the first song Heaven & Earth. Starting the 2nd song worked, but again trying to start song 1: nothing.
On my iPhone 4S it is much worse. Often playback just stops. Downloading for offline listening also does only work partial – some songs are downloaded, others not. Where do I see, which song has been successfully downloaded? Not that Spotify didn't crash on me all the time since they did their last updates, but it was much smoother than this!

Jul 18, 2015 8:53 PM in response to kadeweby iPhone geek4,Same with me too. tried turning off all network connection only left out with apple music connection still the song loading is taking time
its really frustrating compare to Spotify. Apple should do something to keep the customer back if not my frnds moved back to Spotify.
Hope this issue will be resolve soon and happy Apple Fans.

Aug 16, 2015 2:56 PM in response to derbzby gburic,I'm having the same problem here on both my iPhone 4s and iPhone 6. The pausing seems to be related to switching between 4G and wifi. If I disable cellular data access for Apple Music, then I don't have issues with intermittently pausing songs.
I would love to use Apple Music because I believe that integrating with my local music library is a nice feature. Unfortunately, I will be heading back to spotify.

Aug 21, 2015 2:47 PM in response to derbzby Colbster182,Not only is the Apple Music service slow, the music itself is actually slow. It seems like all the music curators are depressed or something.

Aug 26, 2015 11:44 AM in response to derbzby jburton8,I'll be going back to paying Spotify if this is what I can expect from Apple Music...now easy way to immediately get offline music without serious time spent downloading on Wifi. Too bad- I was really looking forward to finally being able to easily combine my old itunes library / purchases with my new collection of music streams.

Oct 30, 2015 10:58 AM in response to derbzby graigsmith,I Have the same issue. It's like the files are way too big. Or the service is way too slow.

Dec 2, 2015 11:09 AM in response to derbzby kentfromhalifax,Are you using a bluetooth device while streaming?
I noticed that I was having lag issue only when using a my Bose bluetooth device. It's a problem with interactions between your WIFI and Bluetooth. I was lucky enough to have a router with a 5 Ghz modem and it solved all my problems. But you can get into 2.4 Ghz modem and change channels to see if that helps.
Now that I have switched Apple Music works fine... except the layout still *****!

Jan 11, 2016 1:06 PM in response to derbzby jogehrs,I couldn't agree more. The app is inacceptably slow, even on fast wifi connections and using the newest Apple hardware.
