itunes store purchases phone to computer problem

I cannot download the music I bought through itunes store on my phone to itunes on my computer. I used devices>transferpurchases through itunes but not all downloaded. Any suggestions?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

If you purchased this content from the iTunes Store on your iPhone using the same Apple ID in use on your computer, you can instead of transferring from your phone to the computer, downloading it to the computer from the iTunes Store directly.
