How can I get an address that is in the "subscribed feeds" sidebar so I can put it in my RSS reader?

If I click on an RSS feed in a location (website) it gives me no other choice than to put it in the links sidebar. That would be okay if I could then get it out of there and put it in my preferred RSS reader. How can I get that out of the sidebar?
