Not a frequent user, but I'm trying to change my credit card info in my account, since Paypal is not supported on my daughter's iPod Touch 2G.
But when I try (through iTunes), the credit card number field is grey-ed out, no matter what payment option I select (Visa, etc). expiration fields, etc are all fine.
Any ideas?
Yes, I'm following those steps. But even after removing my Paypal info and selecting a new method (Visa) I cannot access the "Card Number" field.

Are you using Family Sharing and the daughter happens to be a Child ID family member? Do you have any restrictions turned on in the iPod?
