Hi so I've tried resetting my IPAD 2 to its factory state by doing Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings.
but so far its been atleast 2 hours and its only showing the loading screen after showing the status bar.

Turn iPad off.
Connect lead to USB on PC
Press & hold power button on ipad dont let go
Connect lead to ipad keep power button pressed until PC sees ipad
Wait for restore .
You may needto do this more than once.

I've tried that but Once It recognizes my Ipad it suddenly goes back to Factory Reset State Immediately.
*Correction I forgot that I used IFindMyIPAD to delete my ipad itself so it's basically on a loop even if I hard reset the ipad itself
Stuck In Factory Reset State.
