I'm trying to fix my laptop and the one year warranty is over. Just wanted to know if i bring it to apple store, if they fix it will there be an extra charge?

Had you gazed into the future a week or so before the complementary service coverage expired,
you could probably have bought the extended Apple Care plan. But once the original coverage
expires, the option ceases to exist... There are times when the gamble more than pays off, to
buy an optional extended AppleCare plan, given the gain is two additional years plus support.
