Any way i can fix pending when refunding?

i bought some boom beach diamonds only to find they did not come! i paid with my debit card so they took out money from my bank when i had not recieved my order! i am very annoyed and need help! When i went online to refund my orders only 2 of them refunded whilst the others still pending!
