Selected music transfer from iTunes to iPhone

Hi. I'm trying to figure out a way to transfer only selected iTunes songs to my iPhone without syncing. I have songs in iTunes that are not on my iPhone and I don't want to sync because i don't want iTunes to overwrite the songs already on the iPhone, some of which are not in iTunes.
