Constant scrolling in Chrome after Yosemite upgrade

Last night I (finally) upgraded my iMac to Yosemite, and since then, my Chrome display is screwed up. No matter what site I am on, there are lines constantly scrolling up the page (sort of like an old TV where the tracking was off), and the page is completely unusable. This happens even on the Settings page. This does not happen with any other browser, and never happened before the upgrade. Has anyone else seen the same issue with Yosemite?
