Change payment method

hi

i want to change my payment method from store credit from purchasing itune gift cards to using credit card. Everytime i try to switch i get an error method saying that i need to spend all my store credit. The problem is that i have $0.12 remaining and i can't spend the on any app. What can i do to change my payment method?
