how do I reset my wifi password? I was told by Sprint employee to come to apple.com to reset... I cannot do any upgrades on my Iphone 5c because I forgot my password. THanks

Have you forgotten your Apple.com/iCloud AppleID password?
I do have my apple.com/icloud apple ID password but when I go to software update on iphone, I type in my apple id password and it says it is incorrect
If you go to Settings -> iTunes and App Store...
1. Verify that it shows your Apple ID.
2. Click on your Apple ID and choose Sign Out.
3. Try the Software Update, where you will be prompted for your Apple ID and Password.
4. Your WiFi password is local to your WiFi network, and is unrelated to your AppleID/Password.
Your Apple ID and password has nothing to do with your Wi-Fi password. Your Wi-Fi password is in your wireless router. Unless you are referring to something else, you need to log into your Wi-Fi router to make changes to that password. If you are having difficulty logging into Wi-Fi, explain the issue.
