iphone 5s got stuck

I'm using iPhone 5s it got stuck and I cannot go to service centre also

can I have a best way so that I can get back and I should not lose any data

is there any alternative way

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.2

Not sure what "got stuck" means but have you tried a reset? Hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.
